ClimateView launches insights series for city practitioners

Stockholm, Sweden — ClimateView’s Practitioner Series — a set of short, practical publications designed for city climate teams — has now been launched in the EU and UK. The series, already introduced in Canada and Germany, distills real-world lessons from local governments into actionable guidance on how to structure and iterate climate plans.

The first release, Structure & Iteration – The keys to climate action, was launched with a live webinar co-hosted by fbbAFRY and Mott MacDonald, featuring city practitioners from Enköping and Glasgow.

From static plans to adaptive systems

ClimateView Co-founder Tomer Shalit captured the session’s essence:

“Planning a city transition isn’t about writing the perfect plan — it’s about creating a system that can learn, adapt, and improve over time. You need structure to see the whole, and iteration to move the parts.”

Practitioners from Enköping and Glasgow demonstrated how structure and iteration help teams move beyond static plans — fostering collaboration, building confidence, and turning political ambition into delivery.

The EU & UK launch webinar is now available to stream, alongside the accompanying guide “Structure & iteration – The key to climate action.” Both support city teams in building living, adaptive climate plans that can evolve over time.
